Collections agency looking for my father. I'm listed as a reference and have noting to do with his debts, yet they are harassing me as well.

they call from 6:30 AM until 10 pm never leave a message

Got a call from a guy named "Catrell" for a family member who is NOT associated with the number they called. Guy claimed he was with some education training company. I told him that he had the wrong number. Apparently there have been other people called by this number for all kinds of different reasons. This is not the first time I have answered a call from this number, but every time it is something/someone different.

They keep calling threatening to take me to court and saying there will come to our and my families house.

Warning. This is a fraud call. They steal your credit card number. Warning

Keeps calling about every 20 minutes for the last 24 hours. Since I don't know anybody in NE, I don't answer. No voicemail left. Probably just some asshole telemarketing computer hanging up. What they do is wait for YOU to return the call and guess what? YOU have just established a relationship where they now can legitimately keep calling YOU since YOU have called them! Resist the urge and just ignore it.

This call was actually Home Depot Credit calling to verify activity on my account.

Liars told me I had won $1000 and free magazines. This is a scam, and they will steal your money.

I keep receiving these disturbing phone calls from several Indian people telling me to please do not disregard this call. They have my social security number and told me to please provide an attorney. They have also contacted my references and also told me that they will contact my employer to have funds garnished. They also threatened to ruin my credit report. If you can assist please help. May god bless you.
